For our users running Firefox, we are pleased to offer the Pretrieve Firefox Search Plugin.
Using the Pretrieve Firefox Search Plugin, you can initiate Pretrieve searches from anywhere
on the web, and be taken directly to the search results page on our site! The Pretrieve Firefox
Search Plugin appears in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.

Pretrieve Search Column Available on A9.com!
Pretrieve search results are now available as a custom search column on A9.com! This means that you
can use A9.com to perform your Pretrieve searches, and the resulting links on A9 take you directly to
the search results page on our site!

Supported Search Syntax
To perform a search using the Pretrieve Firefox Search Plugin or the Pretrieve Search Column, type any of the following combinations into
the search field:
- name, city, state (e.g.- "doe san francisco, ca")
- name, city, state, zip code (e.g.- "john q. doe san francisco, ca 94127")
- name, city, zip code (e.g.- "john doe jr. san francisco 94127")
- name, state (e.g.- "j doe ca")
- name, state, zip code (e.g.- "j doe ca 94127")
- name, zip code (e.g.- "j doe 94127")
- address, city, state (e.g.- "123 main st. san francisco ca")
- address, city, state, zip code (e.g.- "123 east main st. san francisco ca 94127")
- address, city, zip code (e.g.- "123 main st. apt. 4 san francisco 94127")
- address, state, zip code (e.g.- "123 main st. west ca 94127")
- address, zip code (e.g.- "123 main st. 94127")
- phone number, including area code (e.g.- "4155551212")
Currently, neither the Pretrieve Firefox Search Plugin nor the Pretrieve Search Column support searching
for a business by name. Watch our
